These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and baj999 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the baj999 website located at baj999.cam and all associated services, including sports betting, live casino, slots, table games and esports wagering.

By accessing the baj999 platform, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

The following defined terms are used throughout these Terms and Conditions. Where the context requires, the singular includes the plural and vice versa.

To register and maintain an account on baj999 you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction, at the time of registration and at all times thereafter.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law, unless you have independently determined that such access is lawful.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director or officer of baj999, nor an immediate family member or household member of any such person.
• You must not have previously had an account on baj999 closed, suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms or any fraudulent activity.
• You must not be self-excluded from the platform or from gambling services generally under any applicable self-exclusion register or scheme.

baj999 reserves the right to request documentary proof of any eligibility criterion at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension pending verification or permanent closure.

Each User is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on the baj999 platform at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under different names, email addresses, payment methods or device identifiers, is a material breach of these Terms.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. baj999 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify baj999 immediately via the 24/7 live chat support function. baj999 may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any such report.

Subject to your continued compliance with these Terms, baj999 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You agree that in using the baj999 platform you will at all times:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
• Use the platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes.
• Treat other users and platform staff with respect and refrain from abusive, threatening or harassing conduct in any chat or communication feature.
• Not attempt to access parts of the platform or its underlying systems that are not intended for general user access.
• Not reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, data-mine or otherwise attempt to extract the underlying source code or data structures of the platform.
• Not use any automated software, bot, script, spider or other tool to interact with the platform in place of or alongside human interaction.
• Only gamble with funds that you can genuinely afford to lose without affecting your essential living expenses or financial obligations.

The platform and all its services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. baj999 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to its services and may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, upgrades or in circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

baj999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via a range of payment methods referenced on the platform. Payment method names including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, BTC and USDT are listed as familiar contextual references only. They do not imply endorsement, affiliation or gambling support by any listed provider. Availability of specific payment methods is subject to change without notice.

Deposits: All deposits must be made from payment accounts or wallets registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed within the cashier section of your account and may vary by payment method and account tier.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. baj999 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the amount is significant or where account activity has triggered a compliance review.

Currency: Where amounts are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs), these are provided as a contextual reference for Pakistani users. The functional currency of your account and the currency in which transactions are processed are determined at account level. Funds deposited into your baj999 account must not be used for any purpose other than placing bets or wagers on the platform. Using the deposit and withdrawal mechanism as a money-transfer or conversion service is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and referral to relevant authorities.

baj999 may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, reload offers, cashback, enhanced odds and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms and must be read in conjunction with them.

Unless the specific offer terms state otherwise, the following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Each promotion may only be claimed once per eligible account, household, device, IP address and payment method.
• Bonus funds are credited separately to real-money funds in your account. Real-money funds are used first when placing bets unless the specific offer terms state otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable funds. Withdrawing real-money funds before completing the wagering requirement will result in forfeiture of any remaining bonus balance.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets, live casino, table games and slots may carry different contribution percentages as detailed in each offer's terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Any bonus balance and associated winnings not converted prior to the expiry date will be forfeit.
• baj999 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Any bets placed with bonus funds after a promotion is cancelled will be settled at the applicable odds but without bonus credit being replenished if the bet loses.

Attempting to abuse any promotional offer — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome offer more than once, hedging bets across accounts to guarantee a risk-free outcome, or using betting patterns that baj999 determines to be inconsistent with good-faith play — will result in the cancellation of bonuses, voiding of associated winnings and potential account closure.

All bets placed on the baj999 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, league, tournament or game type. These rules govern how markets are settled, what constitutes a valid result, how postponed or abandoned events are handled, and how in-play markets behave.

The following general betting rules apply across all products:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. In the case of a technical error resulting in manifestly incorrect odds, baj999 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These limits are displayed within the betting interface and may vary by event, market type and account tier.
• baj999 reserves the right to limit or decline any bet at its sole discretion without providing a reason.
• In-play bets are subject to market suspension during key moments of an event. Bets submitted during a suspension period will be rejected and stakes returned.
• For cricket markets specifically — including PSL, T20Is, ODIs and ICC tournaments — the official result as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for PCB-governed events, or the ICC for ICC events) will be used for settlement purposes. Rain interruption rules, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method outcomes and super-overs will be reflected in settlement where applicable.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical result observed during the live stream. baj999 does not accept disputes regarding RNG outcomes after a game round has concluded.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the baj999 platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in reporting to law-enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Fraud: Any form of fraudulent activity including the use of stolen, cloned or unauthorised payment instruments; identity fraud; or providing false information during registration or KYC.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform to launder proceeds of crime, to layer funds or to otherwise facilitate financial crime in any form.
• Match Fixing & Cheating: Placing bets based on insider knowledge of a fixed or manipulated outcome; colluding with other players or third parties to influence game or event outcomes.
• Bot Usage: Using automated software, artificial intelligence tools, scripts or bots to place bets, play casino games, or otherwise interact with the platform without genuine human decision-making.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players at poker, live casino or any other multiplayer game to gain an unfair advantage over other participants.
• Harassment: Abusive, threatening, racist, sexist or otherwise offensive conduct directed at other users or platform staff via any communication channel.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised payment chargebacks or disputes with payment providers in respect of deposits made to the platform.

All content on the baj999 platform — including but not limited to the baj999 name, logo, trade marks, domain name, website design, graphics, software, text, data, game interfaces and all associated intellectual property — is the exclusive property of baj999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership interest or licence in any intellectual property belonging to baj999 beyond the limited access licence described in Section 5 (Terms of Use). You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the platform without the prior written consent of baj999.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, baj999 and its officers, directors, employees, licensors and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits;
• Loss of data or account information;
• Losses arising from service interruptions, technical failures or force majeure events;
• Losses arising from the actions or omissions of third-party payment providers;
• Any legal consequences arising from your use of the platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted or prohibited.

Where liability cannot be excluded entirely under applicable law, baj999's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your baj999 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

baj999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. baj999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The User has provided false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• The account has been involved in fraudulent, collusive or otherwise prohibited activity;
• Continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, compliance or reputational risk to the platform;
• The User has requested self-exclusion or is identified on an applicable exclusion register.

Upon permanent account closure following a breach of these Terms, baj999 may withhold and forfeit any balance remaining in the account, including both real-money and bonus funds. Where account closure is initiated by the platform for reasons unrelated to breach (e.g., regulatory market exit), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the User via their last verified payment method.

You may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support via live chat. If you have an active wagering requirement on bonus funds, these will be forfeited upon voluntary closure. Real-money balances will be returned subject to completion of applicable KYC verification.

baj999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, reasonable notice will be provided by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by displaying a notification upon your next login to the platform.

Your continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request voluntary account closure as described in Section 13.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. baj999 recommends reviewing this page each time you access the platform following an extended period of absence.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which baj999 holds its applicable operating licence.

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or dispute resolution mechanisms of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your own jurisdiction that cannot be contractually excluded.

Nothing in this clause limits baj999's right to bring proceedings against you in the courts of any jurisdiction in which a breach of these Terms has occurred or in which you are resident or domiciled.
